Private budget carrier VietJetAir will begin flying on new domestic routes from Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City from the end of this year, and is offering tickets at 50 cents on all routes.
From Ho Chi Minh City it will begin flying to Vinh on November 15, to Hue on November 22, and Phu Quoc on December 20.
A Hanoi Da Lat service will start on December 7.

The travel period is from this month to the end of 2013, and the bookings have to be made from October 10 to 12.
Starting October 14 the airline will also increase the frequency on several domestic routes, doubling the number of daily flights on the Ho Chi Minh City-Nha Trang and Hanoi-Da Nang routes to two, and increasing the number on the Ho Chi Minh City-Da Nang route from two to three daily.
It is also offering 10,000 tickets for VND99,000 ($4.75) on these routes until March next year.
VietJetAir began flying last December.
It operates three new Airbus aircraft, but has still suffered many delays due to technical error.
On September 13 angry customers forced it to buy nearly 100 tickets from competitor Jetstar Pacific after a flight was delayed due to maintenance.
The carrier plans to double its fleet by year end.
