British newspaper The Telegraph has recommended a list of destinations for the winter sun, and Vietnam is one of them.
The country is recommended for the warm beaches on its long coast that are increasingly home to luxury resorts.
There are various options from Phu Quoc and Vung Tau in southern Vietnam to Mui Ne, Nha Trang and Hoi An on the central coast, where the winter temperatures usually stay above 20 degrees Celsius (68 degrees Fahrenheit).
The list suggests 25 winter options.
Vietnam was recently voted one of the 20 best countries in the world to visit in a survey by travel magazine Condé Nast Traveler.
