At a ceremony to celebrate the re-opening of Pleiku Airport in Gia Lai Province September 5, Vietjet has revealed the airline’s newest domestic routes would connect the Central Highlands city with Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
Both routes will debut on October 1, 2015. To further honor the occasion, Vietjet also announced it would donate 200 health insurance cards to poor and needy individuals in the province.
The flying time between Hanoi and Pleiku is approximately one hour and 35 minutes and between Ho Chi Minh City and Pleiku just one hour. Flights from Hanoi depart at 2:55 p.m. and arrive at Pleiku at 4:30 p.m. Return flights depart Pleiku at 5:10 p.m. and arrive in Hanoi at 6:45 p.m.
Flights from Ho Chi Minh City depart at 4:35 p.m. and arrive in Pleiku at 5:35 p.m. The return flights depart from Pleiku at 6:10 p.m. and arrive in Ho Chi Minh City at 7:10 p.m.
