Sofitel Saigon serves up top-shelf caviar

One of the world's most delectable delicacies, caviar, is being served this week at the Hotel Sofitel Saigon Plaza.

The hotel restaurant offers a five-course menu with a high-quality selection of caviar and fish roe, including Mediterranean Arenkha caviar, trout roe and French Baeri caviar.

It also serves caviar's perfect match, premium champagne, such as Louis Roederer, Dom Perignon or Gosset.

The meal costs at least VND1.4 million (US$67,200) a person and is available at Olivier Restaurant until Sunday (October 16).
