The Pullman Saigon Center hotel has brought a new lyric into its buffet lunch and dinner by its executive chef, Eric Bauru, and his team.
The international buffet lunch provides more than 60 items with fully opulent and various choices.
For Western dinners, it is easy to find cheese and bread counter to many kinds of salads and main courses elaborated with fresh ingredients and nutritional balance.
Besides, sushi rolls and daily soup selection are front of Asian corner. Guests can enjoy various choices of Vietnamese salads from street style to upscale in Pullman style at the Asian specialty corner.
In addition, the hotel designs a special “a la minute” counter presenting different kinds of rolls and wraps to provide more options for quick bites during lunch in the restaurant.
This counter displays various ingredients to make Vietnamese fresh spring rolls, grill beef in “lot” leaf to special tortilla wraps with chicken, beef or meze popular in Mediterranean countries. Guest can select rolls and wraps by themselves and the chefs will make for them “a la minute”.
The international buffet dinner provides more than 80 items including a wide range of seafood.
Dinners can enjoy watching the chefs cooking in the show kitchen equipped with a 360 degree circular grill. Moreover, Chef Eric is bringing the T-bone beef steak into the buffet menu as a special dish for dinner.
T-bone beef steak is considered as one of the highest quality of beef. It will be grilled and served with four types of sauce such as mushroom sauce, pepper sauce, beurre maître d’hotel and mustard sauce.
