New World Saigon Hotel will offer a two-week delight for seafood lovers this month with a crustacean promotion at its Chinese restaurant.
Between March 9-22, Dynasty restaurant on the first floor will feature a range of crustacean dishes, including fresh lobster, blue river shrimp, tiger prawns and green crab cooked in different styles.
The selection ranges from lobster sashimi and wok-fried tiger prawns to braised green crab with ginger and grilled blue river shrimps with black pepper.
Chinese master chef Ho Wing Sang also created a six-course crustacean and shellfish set menu featuring sea snails, blue river shrimps and crab.
The promotion goes for VND600,000 (US$29) per person, including a free flow of freshly brewed Jasmine tea.
