New Chinese chef serves lobster delicacies at Hanoi Daewoo

Hanoi Daewoo Hotel has appointed Ou Yang Ye Sheng as the new chef of its Silk Road Chinese restaurant.

Sheng, who has more than 20 years of experience in the restaurant and luxury hotels, is introducing different Chinese preparations of lobsters this month. These include sautéed Alaskan lobster with onion and ginger, lobster sashimi, lobster baked with cheese and sautéed lobster feet with peanut and red bell pepper.

Hanoi Daewoo Hotel is located at 360 Kim Ma Street, Ba Dinh District.
