Lunar New Year flower fests: Tet's in the air, and free Wifi too

Free wifi will be available where the annual flower festivals will be held in Ho Chi Minh City during the Tet (Lunar New Year) holidays, which will come in a month. 
The most popular Flower Street in the downtown this year will be held in Ham Nghi St. instead of the usual Nguyen Hue St., which has become a grand construction site with the city subway being built.
Four other Flower Markets will grace Tao Dan Park and 23/9 Park in District 1, Le Van Tam Park in District 3, and Phu My Hung Urban Area in District 7.
The provider S-wifi said it had surveyed the area and started installing hot spots for wifi transmission, which is schedule to come online on Feb. 8. 
The Flower Street on Ham Nghi St. will be open to viewers on Feb. 16, two days before the Lunar New Year, and closed on February 22. Vehicles will not be allowed during this period.
