Not many people know about La Luoc Lake in Bat Xat District in the northern mountainous province of Lao Cai.
In the fall, the lake looks stunning and like a water-color painting. It looks best in the late afternoon, when fading sunlight shines on the tranquil surface of the lake and barren tree branches are reflected.
The sight of locals casting fishing nets at sunset is also amazing.
