Low cost carrier Jetstar Pacific has announced a new direct service connecting Hanoi and the southern resort island of Phu Quoc to serve the upcoming summer tourism season.
The daily service will start from June 1 to September 6, which coincides with Vietnam’s summer school holiday, the airline said Thursday.
The flight will depart from Hanoi’s Noi Bai Airport at 3:45 p.m. and return from Phu Quoc at 6:35 p.m. every day. Tickets will be on sale from March 31.
It took about two hours and ten minutes for the trip on Airbus 320 with 180 economy seats.
After September 6, the flight schedule may change depending on demand, Jetstar Pacific said.
The airline will also launch Hanoi-Bangkok flights on March 29 and Ho Chi Minh City-Tuy Hoa on March 30.
