New World Saigon Hotel will feature a Crustacean Promotion this March

Seafood lovers will not want to miss the "crustacean delights" promotion this month at Dynasty, the popular Chinese restaurant at the New World Saigon Hotel.

The promotion, to run from March 9 to 22, will feature a range of crustacean dishes like fresh lobster, blue river shrimp, tiger prawns, and green crabs cooked in a dozen different styles.

The selection ranges from lobster sashimi and wok-fried tiger prawns to braised green crab with ginger and grilled blue river shrimps with black pepper.

Master Chef Ho Wing Sang will also create a six-course crustacean and shellfish set menu featuring sea snails, blue river shrimps, and crabs.

Priced at VND600,000 per person, excluding tax and service charge, the menu is served with a free flow of freshly brewed jasmine tea. Guests can also order a menu with matching wines for a price of VND1,100,000 per person, excluding tax and service charge. Reservations are recommended.

Park Hyatt Saigon's signature restaurant, Square One, is delighted to partner with French wine producer Château d'Yquem for an exclusive culinary and wine event on Wednesday, March 7. Chef Benjamin Attwater has designed a six-course savory menu to complement four different vintage wines on offer. Renaud Ruer, the winery's Brand Ambassador, will be on hand to provide tasting notes and further insights into each of the paired wines.

The undisputed star of the evening will be Château d'Yquem, a unique premier cru supérieur, ahead of all other sauternes, indicating its perceived superiority. Château d'Yquem's wines are characterized by their complexity, concentration and longevity. In a good year a bottle will only begin to show its qualities after a decade or two of cellaring, and with proper care will keep for a century or more, gradually adding layers of taste and hitherto undetected overtones.

Wine and food aficionados can look forward to an evening of sampling exquisite cuisine and sipping excellent vintages in a luxurious and elegant ambience,.

Dinner will start at 7 p.m., and space will be limited. VND6,300,000++ per person.

Calling all carnivores.

Three premium cuts of world-class steak and a charcoal-heated iron grill are the starring components of a week-long US beef promotion at the Caravelle Hotel this month.

From March 8 to 16, Reflections Restaurant is serving grilled US beef tenderloin, rib eye, and black angus beef strip loin together with five favorite accompanying sauces and eight classic sides, such as baked potatoes with sour cream, chives and bacon bits, golden raisin coleslaw, and creamy spinach.
