Legend Hotel Saigon will offer an international buffet with gifts for mothers on May 15.
The buffet includes an array of fresh seafood such as salmon steak, tiger king prawns, crayfish, blue swimmer crab, lobster, and oyster, besides French duck liver pate, US prime ribs, veal leg, roast stuffed turkey, rolled tuna fillet in bacon with sauce prepared by the chef, and grilled lamb cutlet with brown butter.
Desserts include Irish coffee cheese cake, apple crumble, English trifle, mango crepe Flambé and a selection of ice-cream with topping sauce & condiments.
The buffet costs VND840,000++ (US$42) for brunch and VND945,000++ ($47) for dinner, including free flow of wines, beer, cocktails, juices, soft drinks, coffee and tea. Children from 4 to 12 are half price.
