Ho Chi Minh City hotel drums up a special Thanksgiving Day treat
The New World Saigon Hotel's Parkview Restaurant will serve a sumptuous dinner buffet with many turkey delicacies on Thursday, November 24
Thanksgiving Day, basically a harvest festival celebrated in the United States and Canada, has as its culinary centerpiece a stuffed turkey.
And in a globalizing world, stuffed turkeys appear on the menu during the month of November in many parts of the world where American and Canadian expats live and work, especially in leading hotels.

The promotion starts on November 23 and ends on December 26. Customers who would like to enjoy turkey at their home can order freshly roasted takeaway turkey.
The traditional turkey will be served with cranberry sauce, gravy, mashed potatoes and green beans. The turkey will be cooked following the flavor and taste of the Americas. It is a dish to savor whether one has a tradition of enjoying turkey on Thanksgiving Day or not.
The turkey will be packed in a nice and convenient carry box. For every box ordered, guests will receive a bottle of red or white wine.
To enjoy the roasted, fragrant and crispy turkey, guests should place an order 24 hours in advance.
One "Turkey to Fly" is priced at VND2,288,000 ($110), excluding tax.
