Da Nang is keeping it's tet celebration alive with a vast display of light decorations on display in downtown through the month.

Apart from horse-shaped lights symbolizing the Year of Horse 2014, highlights of the festival included clusters of hoa dao chuong (bell shaped peach blossoms) lights as it is the typical flower of the city’s Ba Na Mountians.

The light decorations went up on January 27 after nearly two months of installation. The lights will be turned on every night until May 1.

The displays are currently on Bach Dang, Le Van Duyet, Le Duan and Nguyen Van Linh streets along the Han River. An underground pedestrian street crossing near the renowned Dragon Bridge has also been illuminated with special displays.
