Tree lighting cocktail
Following the tradition of lighting Christmas trees from the middle of the 17th century, on the evening of December 18, we are happy to invite every guest to come and light our five evergreen trees with us. Complimentary mulled wine, roasted chestnuts and traditional gingerbread awaits you. The tree lighting cocktail will take place from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the hotel lobby. Everybody is welcomed to light up the tree with complimentary drink.
Christmas hamper & Santa Shop
This festive season, get yourself busy shopping with special Christmas favorites for your loved ones and friends at our Santa Shop. From exquisite foie gras terrine, to traditional cookies, stollen and whole roasted turkey – all you need for Christmas can be found at our Santa Shop! The shop is open from December 18 to 31 at Opera Restaurant.

Christmas Eve at the Park 2015
On December 24, 2015, enjoy Christmas Carols from our Children’s Choir in the lobby at 6 p.m. while Santa Claus hands out little treats to the kids.
There will be a BBQ party at Pool House, our newest venue surrounded by a lush garden where customers can enjoy an exquisite BBQ and seafood buffet. The BBQ buffet serves from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. at the price of VND1,900,000++ a person for adults, VND1,500,000++ for children from 11-17 years old and VND800,000++ for children between 6 and 10. Younger children can dine for free.

Also on Christmas Eve, we will serve dinner at Opera from 6 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., and you can treat your family and friends to a casual dinner with a special four-course Christmas menu, including traditional tortellini and slow roasted Kurobuta pork.
The dinner costs VND1,000,000++ per person for food only, and VND580,000++ per person for Park beverage package (house wines, sparkling wine, beer and non-alcoholic drinks). A la carte menu is available
For those looking for a more exclusive festive dinner venue, dinner at Square One offers an exquisite menu featuring Chef Jamie’s and Chef Thang’s Christmas specials. Dinner serves from 6 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. for VND1,288,000++ per person for a three-course menu and VND1,688,000++ per person for five-course menu. A la carte menu is available.

Christmas Day at The Park 2015
 
On December 25, 2015, the tree is decorated, the cookies are made, gifts are wrapped; now all that’s left is to wish you a Merry Christmas.
We will serve buffet with Opera’s renowned selections, allowing you to celebrate this special day in a relaxed atmosphere with family and friends. Lunch buffet is from 12 noon to 3:30 p.m. and dinner buffet is from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.
The buffet price is VND1,400,000++ per person for adults, VND1,100,000++ for children between 11 ans 17 years old and VND800,000++ for children between 6 and 10. Younger children can dine for free.

During Christmas Day, we also serve special lunch and dinner at Square One, where customers can enjoy an intimate setting and an elegant menu featuring a flavorful fusion of Vietnamese and Western specialties. New Year's Eve at The Park 2015
On December 31, 2015, we will let customers ring in the New Year and bid a fond farewell to 2015 and welcome in 2016. Let’s commemorate the occasion with friends and family to reminisce on the past year, while anticipating what lies ahead for the future.
You can mark the beginning of a prosperous year with a not-to-be-missed extravaganza at Opera. Enjoy the last dinner of the year with a delightful Italian buffet and mouth-watering specialties including house wines, sparkling wine, beer and non-alcoholic drinks. Dinner time is from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.
The dinner costs VND2,016,000++ per person for adults, VND1,200,000++ for children between 11 and 17 years old and VND500,000++ for children between 6 and 10. Younger children can dine for free.
Customers can also enjoy Bollinger for two at Square One on this very last night of 2015. You can bring your friends or family to Square One to enjoy a tasteful five-course set menu featuring authentic Vietnamese and Western cuisine. Dinner gets even more exquisite with one full bottle of Bollinger champagne per couple. Dinner is served from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. for VND3,900,000++ per person, including one half bottle of Bollinger Champagne (one full bottle per couple) and non-alcoholic drinks.
The New Year Countdown is one of the most awaited parties of the year and the hotel will organize a farewell ritual at Splendide 2016 brought by Martel Noblige. Premium Cognac and ice cold champagne awaits you. The party starts at 9 p.m. and the bar is open until 2 a.m. the next morning. No reservations would be applied.
