Air France to save customers registration time

Air France has introduced a personalized customer section that saves customers the bother of having to re-enter their information every time they purchase a ticket online.

The new service, called "My Account" and accessible from its homepage at www.airfrance.com, allows customers to set up an account in which they can provide and save personal data such as their identity, personal contact details, payment preferences, seat and meal preferences.

Flying Blue members can also consult their data on "My Account" and have access to an 18-month Miles statement.

The service will soon be available on Air France's mobile apps and is also available at www.klm.com, the official website of the Royal Dutch Airlines.
