You can hear the roar of the waterfall echoing through the forest as you approach the Tam Giang Waterfall in the Central Highlands province of Dak Lak.
But if you are going there for the first time, a surprise awaits. Despite the roar that you heard, this is not just a beautiful waterfall with 12 layers, it is particularly "people-friendly."
Four streams gather and merge before cascading to form the waterfall. However, unlike other waterfalls in the Central Highlands region that have sloping paths, smooth, flat rocks provide easy access to Tam Giang.
Near the waterfall's columns, there are some large rocks where visitors can sit and relax, and even have a small picnic!
The fresh and cool climate invites you to take a bath in the cool, clear water at the brook beneath the waterfall. Refreshed, you can walk around the area with its stilt houses of the Ede ethnic minority people, and explore the forest.
Situated around 100 kilometers north of Buon Ma Thuot Town, the Tam Giang Waterfall is a site of great natural beauty that is worth more than a single visit.
