V-League champions Da Nang had a hard time at home beating Singapore's Geylang United 3-2 at Chi Lang Stadium in their second match at the Asian Football Confederation Cup on Wednesday.

The home team began to launch more attacks again, not willing to accept a dra. Just two minutes before time, Hung Son score s goal two minutes from full time sealed victory for Da Nang.
Speaking after the match, Geylang United coach Mike Wong said, "I'm disappointed because my players tried their best but we suffered a loss.
"I think the player who scored the third goal for Da Nang was in an offside position; but the referee accepted the goal, so I must respect his decision.
"In general, Da Nang, especially foreign players, did a very good job. Striker Gaston Merlo was very dangerous."
The home team coach Le Huynh Duc said, "We had a very hard game against a tough rival, so it was very difficult for my players to find way to their goal.
"Some of my players were not in their best form because we have been playing in different competitions. Also, some players were not concentrating enough, so the rivals could score the goals.
"But it was not fortunate that Da Nang won because we took better control of the match."
In another Group H match, Thai Port took an away victory over Tai Po in Hong Kong with a second-half goal by Pitipong Kuldilok.
