Hue's teammate Pham Thi Loan won gold in the women's 59kg free style category after beating the host's Kyu Kyu Thein 8-0 in the final match.
In other action, Vietnam's Under-23 men's football team lost 1-0 to Singapore in their second match in Group B on Tuesday.
Despite a 7-0 win over Brunei on Sunday, the Tuesday loss was disappointing for the Vietnamese football fans.
As of Tuesday, Vietnam was in second position behind hosts Myanmar with 17 gold medals.
