Vietnam's number one badminton player, Nguyen Tien Minh, should have an easy time at the Yonex Sunrise Vietnam Grand Prix Open 2010.

No big names have signed on to compete against him.

The US$50,000 first place prize at the October 5-10 event apparently wasn't enough to attract the world's leading players, so the ninth-ranked Minh is the top seed in the men's singles category.

In the women's singles category, the contest will host the 29th-ranked Tai Tsu Ying from Taiwan as top seed and defending champ.
