The Vietnamese national football team finished their friendly trip in China with a 2-1 win over hosts Hong Kong on Sunday.
Au Yeung Yiu Chung scored the opener for the hosts five minutes before the break. But the Vietnamese footballers' tireless efforts earned them a victory.
Midfielder Trong Hoang leveled the score in the 71st minute before winger Van Quyet scored Vietnam's second goal three minutes later.
Two days earlier, Vietnam suffered a 0-3 loss to China in another friendly match in Wuhan. However, it was not too bad because hosts China had a stronger team; and more importantly, the Vietnamese players attacked a lot rather than just played passively.
