V-League club Binh Duong was ranked among Asiaââ‚¬â„¢s top 10 clubs by the International Federation of Football History and Statistics (IFFHS)ââ‚¬â„¢s ratings released on Tuesday.
The Vietnamese club reached the top ten after advancing to the semifinals at the Asian Football Confederation Cup last year.
Binh Duong striker Huynh Kesley Alves, with eight goals at the tournament, was named among the regionââ‚¬â„¢s 50 best strikers.
Vietnamââ‚¬â„¢s top-flight V-League is took the 76th spot on the list of the worldââ‚¬â„¢s 100 strongest national leagues, with the English Premier League on top, followed by Spainââ‚¬â„¢s La Liga and Germanyââ‚¬â„¢s Bundesliga I in second and third places.
