The price for the club which finished sixth out of 14 teams in the V-League this season has not been revealed but chairman Bui Xuan Hoa said it would not be less than VND400 billion (US$25 million).
The club will come with facilities, land use rights, over 20 first-string players, and around 100 youth players ranging from under-11 to U21.
The bank has given a formal undertaking to the city authorities to plough in enough funds to ensure the club finishes in the top five in the league for an unspecified number of seasons in future.
