Police in South Korea are looking for a Vietnamese traveler accused of sneaking through security check at Incheon international airport last week.
The Chosun news website reported that the 25-year-old man forced open an automated immigration gate at the airport early on Friday and left the airport in two minutes.
An alarm at the gate went off but the official in charge of the post was not there.
Police suspect he has sought refuge in Gimhae in South Gyeongsang Province, which is home to a large Vietnamese community.
Investigators have been sent to areas with a large Vietnamese community trying to find out his whereabouts, a Justice Ministry official said, as cited in the report.
The report said immigration authorities believe the man broke through the airport customers with help from another Vietnamese or a broker.
