Vietnam police catch street snatcher on YouTube

A suspected snatcher whose latest act was caught in a video clip posted on Youtube was arrested by police in Ho Chi Minh City on Tuesday.
 arrested a local 20-year-old one month after he robbed a woman on the street, as a passenger posted a video on YouTube.
The video of 44 seconds showed Trieu Van Sang approached a women on a scooter on Cong Hoa Street, Tan Binh District on March 27, and snatched a music player from her pocket before speeding away.
The snatch theft was recorded by a car camera and later posted on Youtube.
Police said they arrested Sang when he was riding in Tan Binh Dist. looking for new preys.
Last May, a court in HCMC handed down jail terms of four years for two men convicted of snatching a bag from a motorbike rider. Their theft was also exposed in a Youtube video clip.
