Traffic cop filmed punching driver in Ho Chi Minh City

The traffic police department in Rach Chiec in Ho Chi Minh City has ordered an officer to make a report after he was filmed assaulting a car driver on July 23.
It would report the case to the city traffic police department, it told the media without revealing the officer’s identity.
The incident occurred at around 7:30 a.m. on the Hanoi Highway near the Suoi Tien Theme Park and the video of the incident was posted online.
In the clip running for nearly five minutes, the officer is writing a ticket for a man driving a sedan. He repeatedly asks the officer about his offense, but gets no answer. He then snatches his car key from the officer’s pocket.
The officer reacts by punching him in the face several times.
He then leaves on a motorbike after several people there question him about his high-handedness.
