Police in Hanoi Friday arrested three people for allegedly joining a gun fight where four were shot early this week, Tuoi Tre reported.

According to police, they also confiscated a shotgun when they arrested Nguyen Quoc Viet and Do Hoang Tuan, both 22, and 31-year-old Nguyen Kim Hien.

Initial information indicates that the trio joined a gun fight in front of Thien Duong Hotel in Ha Dong District at around 1.30 a.m. on November 8.

The fight occurred because of a personal conflict between 30-year-old Nguyen Kim Thang, whose family owns the hotel, and a man only identified as Tuan, police said.
