Official plows car into 2 people in northern Vietnam

The government-registered car belonging to Le Chan District Electricity which caused a fatal accident in Hai Phong Tuesday 
An official crashed his car into two market management personnel, killing them, in the northern city of Hai Phong Tuesday.
Dinh Van But, 59, director of state-owned Le Chan District Electricity, was going from Hai Phong to Do Son Tuesday afternoon when he reportedly lost  control on Pham Van Dong Street and crashed into a motorbike driven by Trinh Van Lanh, 30, with Nguyen Duc Toan, 55, at the back.
They worked for the Duong Kinh District market management team in Hai Phong.
Toan died on the spot and Lanh was seriously injured and rushed to hospital, where he succumbed afterwards.
But gave himself up to the police after the accident, and he is being held for questioning.
