A Diamond Jubilee party will be held at the British International School Primary Campus in Ho Chi Minh City in honor of Queen Elizabeth II's 60th anniversary as monarch of the UK on June 3.
The party, co-held by the British Business Group Vietnam (BBGV) and the British Consulate General, will take place from 4pm to 9.30pm at 225 Nguyen Van Huong Street, District 2.
According to a press release from the organizer, British food, including fish & chips, cornish pasties, scotch eggs and chicken tikka masala, is one of the highlights of the event.
Multiple children's activities such as cricket, a penalty shoot out, egg & spoon races, traditional fairground events, a circus, maypole dancing, and live music from Warapo band & Pho Fighters will be also featured at the party.
The event costs VND450,000 per adult, and includes a raffle number, Jubilee souvenirs and F&B vouchers. Tickets for children aged 5 to 18 and nannies are priced at VND150,000. Children 5 and under go free of charge.
