Various violations were found during the police raids on two popular bars in Ho Chi Minh City early Sunday and Monday, authorities said.
During the inspection of Canalis Bar in Hai Ba Trung St., District 3 on Monday, police found two methamphetamine pills and a small pack of heroin.
The bar also committed other violations, including illegally advertising liquors and selling smuggled cigarettes and shisha.
Earlier, on Sunday, 67 people were taken to a police station during the dawn raid on Kumho Bar in District 1. Tests showed 20 of them were positive for drugs.
Other violations were also found in the bar, including locking emergency exit doors and selling smuggled alcohol, among others.
