Vietbooks, a Vietnam's book center for the country's records, on Monday announced four records dealing with the oldest people in the country.

Ho Chi Minh City garnered three of the records - one for the oldest woman in the country, Nguyen Thi Tru, 118; one for the oldest man, Huynh Van Lac, 110; and one for the oldest couple, Lac, and his wife Nguyen Thi Lanh, 106.

The other record went to Vietnam's oldest twin sisters Vi Thi Cac and Vi Thi Dac, 100, from the northern province of Phu Tho.
