Police in Hanoi arrested two men and two women on Friday for snatching a camera bag from Thai tourists on the street.
Bui Van Anh, 39, Nguyen Thi Hong Nguyen, 31, Nguyen Tien Dung, 48, Nguyen Thi Hanh, 39, and three accomplices who are still at large made a scene on the street to distract the Thai couple to steal their belongings, news website VnExpress reported.
Some of them had tried to chat with the tourist Natthachat Sanyaphan, 44, and his wife, who were then sitting on a bench on the street and left their bag beside them. The accused even danced to create a distraction.

Others snatched the bag and sold two cameras, five lenses and other accessories inside for more than VND18 million (US$854), they told the police.

The crime happened on February 5 during the Lunar New Year Festival, which is the country biggest holiday.
