Dutch tourist robbed in central Vietnam by stranger who offers help: police

Police in the central province of Quang Binh on Monday arrested a man for snatching an iPhone from a Dutch tourist after pretending to help the latter, Nguoi Lao Dong newspaper reported.
Nguyen Trong Duc, 24, will be detained for three months for investigation, police in Bo Trach District said.
Police said at around 9 p.m. on Monday, Yver Feraaz, 25, was driving a motorcycle through a village in Bo Trach when the bike broke down.
Feraaz had to walk and pushed the bike.
Duc spotted Feraaz. He stopped his motorbike and asked if he could help.
Feraaz reported told Duc to hold his iPhone and turn on the flashlight to help him see the road.
Duc took the phone and drove away.
Local police hunted for Duc and arrested him the same night. 
Duc told police he had sold the phone immediately for VND800,000 (US$36).
