Want to vent your anger and disappointment? Da Nang on Friday launched an official website to receive complaints from locals and tourists on a wide range of issues, including environmental violations and traffic safety.
The site, gopy.danang.gov.vn, allows the public to leave their comments by creating a new account or simply logging into their own Facebook or Google account.
The city promised to send all the complaints to the corresponding agencies and the process time will be three days. Responses will be posted publicly on the site.
It is now available only in Vietnamese.
This is the latest effort of the government to make the city more friendly to tourists. Last year it started two hotlines to receive similar complaints.
