Taiwanese arrested for telephone fraud in Vietnam

On April 14, Ho Chi Minh City police announced that they had arrested a Taiwanese man for his role in a phone fraud syndicate. The ring allegedly called account holders and convinced the victims to send them money by impersonating the authorities.
