At least seven people were injured after a truck carrying LPG crashed into seven motorbikes at a red light on the Hanoi Highway in Ho Chi Minh City Friday.
At around 7:15 a.m. the truck was going down Rach Chiec Bridge toward HCMC when the driver lost control and rammed the barrier on the median.
It then crashed into the motorbikes, flinging six of them in the air. Seven people were injured, including two who were stuck under the vehicle.
They were all rushed to hospital.
The highway was blocked until 9 a.m. when traffic police towed the truck away.
Three motorbikes and the barrier were badly damaged.
It is not known if the truck driver has been arrested.
The police are investigating.
