Four teenagers drowned while bathing in a river in Hanoi Sunday, online newspaper Dan Tri reported.
Two boys and three girls, who had come to a wedding in rural Dan Phuong District, went to the Hong River to bathe at around 2 p.m.
They reportedly swam into deep water and became exhausted, and the three girls -- Phi Thi Hue, Do Thi Phuong, both 19, and Thien Thi Nu, 18 -- and 18-year-old Nguyen Chi Tai drowned.
The other boy, Nguyen Van Phuong, 19, was rescued by locals.
The bodies of the three girls were recovered later that night, while Tai's body was found Monday morning.
