Malaysian navy ships visits Vietnam

Two Malaysian Navy ships with a crew of 149 members docked at the port in Ho Chi Minh City Thursday, starting a four-day visit to Vietnam.

During the visit, the crew of KD Terengganu and KD Perdana will visit the Ho Chi Minh Memorial, and meet with the city authorities as well as local military forces.

They will also play friendship baseball matches with Vietnamese sailors.

With a length of 91.1 meters, KD Terngganu is built on the design of German-owned combat ship MEKO A-100. KD Perdana is a 47-meter long rapid attack ship.
