President of the Senate of the Czech Republic Milan Stech is due to arrive in Vietnam for a six-day visit starting on November 15, the Vietnam News Agency reported.
The visit is made at the invitation of Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Sinh Hung to mark the 65th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two countries.

Vietnamese State President Truong Tan Sang visited the Czech Republic in May this year.
He and his Czech counterpart Milos Zeman agreed to continue to boost bilateral cooperation in education and training, national defense and security, science and technology, culture, sports and tourism, and transport.
The Czech Republic considers Vietnam one of the 12 most potential markets. Two-way trade between the two countries doubled in the past five years to reach US$670 million in 2014, according to the Vietnam News Agency.
