The planned launch of an unmanned Falcon 9 rocket from Elon Musk's SpaceX was scrubbed just minutes before its planned liftoff, after issues developed with radar systems designed to track the rocket's flight. The Space Exploration Technologies Corp. rocket was to carry a refrigerator-sized satellite intended to monitor solar weather. Mission control called a halt about 2 minutes and 26 seconds before the planned 6:10 p.m. launch from Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral, Florida.
