New KOTO alumni initiative called Pots "˜n Pans will open on January 28 at 57 Bui Thi Xuan Street, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi.

KOTO, the NGO that does yeoman service to Vietnamese society by taking in street children and disadvantaged youth between the ages of 16 and 22 and making them into food and beverage professionals, has opened a new restaurant in Hanoi that is being managed by its alumni.

Pots "˜n Pans, to open January 28 at 57 Bui Thi Xuan Street, is a multi-level fine dining restaurant and lounge bar serving contemporary Vietnamese Cuisine.

It had a "soft" opening from January 17 to 21 to enable its team to perfect the menu and drink selection.
