The Canada Express Study program has been launched in Vietnam, aiming to make it easier and faster for Vietnamese students to receive a visa to study in Canada.

The CES program, which has already been applied effectively in India and China, will streamline visa process by dispensing eligible students from showing finance evidence.

What they have to do is to purchase a Guaranteed Investment Certificate of CAD$10,000 provided by Scotiabank. This amount will be paid back to the students monthly in one year.

Experts say that the program may benefit many Vietnamese students because the process to prove financial capabilities is always complicated.
