Real estate service provider Savills said it has won an international award for its marketing campaign for The Crescent, a new property project in Ho Chi Minh City.
The company won the title of "Best International Property Consultancy Marketing" at the International Property Awards on December 12, becoming the only international real estate service brand out of Asia to have won a global award, it said in a statement released last week.
The Crescent is a residential, commercial, and office complex in the Phu My Hung new urban area. The project includes a six-level shopping mall with 60,000 square meters of retail space.
"The award was presented just one week after the opening of the Crescent Mall and is a fantastic recognition for the team," said Brett Ashton, Managing Director of Savills Vietnam. "We are extremely honored to be recognized as "˜World's Best'."
In May 2011, Savills won all four categories entered in the International Property Awards for its business in Vietnam and another three Asia Pacific region awards.
Established 17 years ago, the International Property Awards in association with Bloomberg Television and Google is the world's most prestigious property competition, Savills said.
