Nam Long Investment JSC (HOSE: NLG) has officially announced the development of Flora Anh Dao project in partnership with Japanese investors - the Project under the new product line Flora for people of middle and stable income.
Nam Long Investment Joint Stock Company (NLG) has launched a new product Flora into the market. This is a product for middle-income people with 3G criteria: Gettable (within the reach), Green (green space), Greater (life improvement).
Mr. Nguyen Xuan Quang - Chairman of the Board of Director of Nam Long said: "The market assessment for Nam Long’s EHOME targeted at people of middle and stable income is positive thanks to its careful and methodical investment.
“With Flora, we still maintain such professionalism level and pay more attention to improving product standards both rationally and emotionally to match higher income groups. However, we would like to confirm whether in case of low-priced, average or high-end housing, Nam Long products are always in affordable to the customers of corresponding segments."
Nam Long also takes this chance to announce two major investors from Japan: Nishi Nippon Railroad Hankyu Realty who jointly develop the product Flora Anh Dao, located on Do Xuan Hop Street in District 9, adjacent to District 2, Ho Chi Minh City.
Flora Anh Dao project is located in Nam Long Phuoc Long B residential area very convenient for transport and trade development with key economic regions in the South. The project is adjacent to the large infrastructure ones in key economic regions in the Southeast, and has been implemented and controlled by the government in recent years, such as Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh - Dau Giay highway, Ring Road 2, Thu Thiem Bridge and Tunnel, Metro Line No. 1 Ben Thanh - Suoi Tien.
