BIM Group honorably received the BCI Asia’s 2015 Top 10 Developers Award for Vietnamese architectural firms and property developers during a ceremony at InterContinental Asiana Saigon last Friday.
The BCI Asia Awards encourage creativity in architecture, celebrating excellent architecture firms and developers based on their outstanding achievements in building and developing real estate projects.
They are given annually to companies in seven Asian jurisdictions: Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam.
After 11 years, the awards have become one of the biggest events for the property business community in Vietnam, and a platform for the companies to share their experience.
This year awards still follow strict evaluation standards and a council of leading experts in the region have decided to give one to BIM Group, the developer of many projects in the country such as the Ha Long Marina tourism urban area, the luxury apartment building for rest Fraser Suites and especially the five-star resort InterContinental Phu Quoc.

The 7.3-hectare Phu Quoc resort is the group’s key project for 2015, designed with 400 modern and environmentally friendly rooms and a combination of villas next to the sea.
The resort provides a long list of convenience including swimming pools, gymnasiums, tennis courts, children playground and shopping malls, all served with international professional standards.
Outstanding and sustainable strategies are making the project one of the most interesting tourism destinations in the region and the world.
Le Minh Dung, CEO in charge of real estate and resort projects at BIM Group, said that: “We hope InterContinental Phu Quoc will help Vietnam become a top destination for tourism and entertainment in the region and the world.
“The cooperation with the world’s leading hotel management corporation IHG will be an important step for us to develop more high-end products to become a prestigious brand in Vietnam.”
This year, BIM Group also plans to start work on many other projects including the townhouse project Lotus Residences, Green Bay Village inside Ha Long Marina in Quang Ninh Province, and the hotel and shopping mall mix Crowne Plaza Vientiane in Laos.
They are all parts of a strategic road path to develop the group’s brand and build for itself a firm position in the world market.
