Vietnamese symphony orchestra to perform in New York, Boston

The Vietnam Symphony Orchestra (VNSO) under the baton of Japanese conductor Honna Tetsuji will perform in the USA on Oct 23 and 24.

The orchestra will perform famous works by S.Barber, A.Dvorak, as well as some Vietnamese compositions, including Adagio for String, Symphony No.8 G Major Op.88, and Trong Com (Vietnamese folk song, arranged for the orchestra by Ngo Hoang Quan).

The first concert will take place in New York City's Carnegie Hall, and the second at the Boston Symphony Hall in Massachusetts.
