Vietnam will host the 16th World Police Music Festival in Hanoi on Oct 22-26.
Accordingly, the festival, co-organized by the Ministry of Public Security and Japanese Newspaper Mainichi, will feature outdoor performances by four art groups police from Tokyo, Seoul, New York and Vietnam.
It will also include parades around the Sword Lake and the Ly Thai To Park, and a performance at the Hanoi Opera House on Oct 24.
The festival aims to enhance cooperation between Vietnamese police and their counterparts in other countries to maintain security and prevent crime.
