The global trend of spherical panorama photography has reached Vietnam with a collection of images of Ho Chi Minh City.
Ho Y, a 34-year-old graphic designer, was quoted by Tuoi Tre newspaper as saying that to create the images he took photos from a height and stitched them together to create a panoramic picture before using a software to put it in a 360-degree sphere.
“To view the city from a height is always an extremely exciting activity for me, and I want to share that feeling with others,” he said.
He hoped that people would get a “new” and “interesting” view of the city when it is “rolled” into a small globe.
