Famous Korean boy band Super Junior will end their upcoming tour of Asia with a live show at Go Dau Becamex Stadium in Binh Duong Province, 30km from Ho Chi Minh City, on May 7.
The performance in Vietnam is the last among the band's 16 live performances in 13 Asian cities including Beijing, Bangkok, Singapore, Yokohama, and Manila.
According to the organizer, Viet Vision, Binh Duong has been chosen to host Super Show 3 instead of Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City, because of its superior facilities and larger capacity.
The event is expected to be attended by 13,000 people. The organizers will arrange transportation for people from other provinces and cities to the venue in Binh Duong's Thu Dau Mot Town.
Tickets, ranging from US$65- 150, will be available at www.supershow3vn.com from April 12, and at Lotte Mart, 468 Nguyen Huu Tho Street, District 7, HCMC from April 9-12.
Super Junior, one of the largest boy bands in the world with 13 members, has won several music awards and was voted the second Favorite Artist Korea at the 2008 MTV Asia Awards.
The band, popularly known as SJ or SuJu, was established in 2005 by a Korean talent agency. In March 2010, the 13-member group performed in an MTV Exit concert in Hanoi which attracted 25,000 fans.
