New menu, spa discounts at Park Hyatt Saigon

From late July to August 31, Park Hyatt Saigon is offering several new promotions including a new menu at its Square One restaurant and a discount for online booking at the Xuan Spa.

From 20 July, Square One presents a new menu by Chef Benjamin Attwater of Sydney.

Highlight dishes include scallops or whole steamed sea bass prepared with a Vietnamese flare and Chef Attwater's signature slow cooked lamb shoulder. "The meat, craftily braised for eight hours  is ideal for sharing with family and friends for a special dinner," says a hotel release.

From 20 July to 31 August, the Xuan Spa also offers a 10% discount on personal treatments for online booking. The website allows customers to select treatments, pick the time or change the booking online.
